Description

What you'll learn in this club dance class:

House is an underground urban dance style that first appeared in Chicago but grew and evolved in the New York club scene. It derives its movement from many different dance genres such as Jazz, Tap, African, Capoeira, Lindy Hop and even Salsa.

Sara will touch on certain house foundations such as jacking, skating, shuffling and lofting. She will focus on footwork basics followed by a short combo and freestyle. This class is high in cardio so you can expect to work up a serious sweat!

LEVEL: Beginner/Intermediate

FOOTWEAR: Sneakers

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
