Good Morning America, The EVF Youth program is sure to give your kids an extra shot of strength, confidence, focus, and encouragement.
At EVF, we are known for providing kids with a strong knowledge base and a stable foundation in fitness, enabling them to lead a life guided by smart, healthy decisions.
Whether or not your child competes in any sports, our coaches will meet them at their current level and help propel them far beyond it. Whether your child can run a mile in 5 minutes or fifteen; do 10 pushups or 50, he/she can benefit from the same program as the others. We scale load and intensity for each participant without changing the fundamental program. The needs of a fourth grader and a high school football star differ by degree, not by kind. Basic movements such as squats, lunges and pushups are taught to all participants and then combined to create a variety of unique drills. Your kid won't be sitting on the sidelines!
In this class, participants can expect to perform a variety of conditioning drills focusing on

- Agility & Quickness,
- Balance & Flexibility, and
- Functional Movement.
