What you'll learn in this carving class:

Learn Gemstone Intarsia Carving from the master. Get 1 free silversmith or wire wrapping class, to set your finished gemstone intarsia. Start learning from creating a simple geometrical intarsia. 

Depending on your chosen pattern, you may need additional time, which will be billed at $50 per hour. If the additional time will be scheduled on the different date from the original class, you will need to pay for 2 hours min.

Each student will have their own equipment. Very small class size, new equipment.

Prerequisite: Cabochon cutting experience or at least 1 Cabbing Class.

Terms and condition: Each student is responsible to clean his/her machine and his/her work area at the end of each workday.

Slabs will be available for purchase from the instructor.

Refund Policy
Tuition is refundable for all classes and workshops, minus a processing fee of $30 for each class dropped, if the school is notified at least one week prior to the class start date for the multi-week Classes and 24 hours in advance for 1 day workshops (except Visiting Artists Workshops).

Not attending class does not constitute an official withdrawal from courses or cancellation of tuition or fees. If you must drop a class or workshop after the deadline, no credit will be given, except for documented medical reasons with physicians note. There is a limit of two classes per student per year that may be dropped with a refund or credit due to non-medical reasons.

Our classes requires minimum number of students to run. The class size is small. The fees for the class are based on the specific number of students enrolled in the class. This is the reason behind our refund policy.

Classes may be canceled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellation begins approximately one week before the scheduled first class. Workshops and special events not meeting enrollment minimums will be canceled two to three days before the start date. Students will be notified if classes are canceled and will be eligible for a full refund or class credit.
