If you do not cancel by telephone at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled class, we will charge your credit card in full for the class. All classes also have a non-refundable, non-transferable 10% fee for the operational and administrative costs incurred by The Chopping Block. This service fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred in the case of any cancellation.

Our teacher, Erin was great. She explained everything as we went along with our baking. I enjoyed learning about each baking item and techniques. I look forward to applying those techniques in the near future when making those recipes that we made. It was an enjoyable experience.

Fun class but don’t expect to walk out with any real knowledge behind bread making. Makes mostly for an entertaining day but if you are interested in actually learning something, I’d recommend something else. This “boot camp” functions the same as date-night type cooking classes would. You’re given recipes to put together with strangers. Could work better if the classes were smaller.

Chef Erin was amazing, and we left feeling confident in our ability to make bread! Our only less than 5-star comment is that the recipes in the handout often deviated from what Chef Erin was walking us through and this could be somewhat frustrating. Thank you for a great class!
