Are you an aspiring baker? Learn the tricks of the trade in our hands-on bread baking classes – perfect for beginner and intermediate bakers alike!

In this three hour class, you’ll learn the ten steps of bread baking, from ingredient selection to kneading, shaping and baking. We’ll work with two basic dough recipes to create a classic baguette, chocolate-filled rolls, fruit & nut loaves and artisan pizza.

You'll leave class armed with the skills you need to be a successful home baker - and with plenty of freshly baked breads to take home!
