Join us for a hands-on pastry class, taught by Eataly Chicago’s La Scuola chef Johanna Medina focused on how to prepare the Tuscan answer to biscotti, Cantucci Toscani.
In this class, you’ll learn how to make cantucci from scratch. Chef Johanna will start of the class with a tasting of various cantucci paired alongside a glass of Vin Santo, the traditional Tuscan dessert and wine pairing! While your cookies bake, one of our education managers will take you on a small tour of Eataly Chicago to help you better navigate your shopping list to make cantucci at home. Additional Information
