Question from Sheena
Hi! How hands-on is this class? Are we mostly watching an instructor demonstrate?
Answer from Robert L. Verified Student
Chef demonstrates and then you and your kitchen partners do it. We learned so much in the class. You are working with 3 others in your kitchen so you split up the tasks. Very hands-on class. We even made our own lunch.

This pie and tart class was really excellent. Beyond just teaching how to make excellent pies and tarts, we also learned how to recover from crust rolling mistakes and minor disasters. I highly recommend this class.

I enjoyed this class just like the first time I took it and look forward to taking more courses. I wish you would consider having classes on using kitchen tools, such as pressure cookers food processors, slow cookers and etc. I know you get a booklet with your equipment, but I think it would be easier if you could go to a class and learn to use the equipment properly with guidance, and be more secure in what you are doing. Thanks again

The instructor was very rude and impatient. The food was bland with the exception of the food made by the assistant. The food made by the assistant was terrific.
