Fresh Pasta Making, Hands-On Focus on Emilia - Romagna with Guest Chef Paco Zanobini
Join us as for an exclusive Regional Fresh Pasta making Class with Italian Guest Chef Paco Zanobini, the “hiking” Chef from Livorno (read more about Paco on the Teacher tab). Chef Paco will teach you the most traditional pasta shapes – Cappelletti and Tortelli -- from the gastronomic epicenter of Italy: Emilia-Romagna. You will then get to try your hand at rolling out the dough and forming your own shapes.
You will enjoy a complete 3-course meal, authentic to the Emilia-Romagna region, inspired and prepared by Chef Paco and paired with wines from this delightful region, selected by Eataly’s beverage experts.
