Beginner, intermediate and advanced cooks will learn from Michelin star Chef Steven Meese about the beautiful marriage of light flour, olive oil and eggs to make delectable clouds filled with flavor.
During this interactive class, you will learn the art of building a perfect pasta. It's all about technique and by the end of the class, you will know how to make the most light, flavorful ravioli inspired by the regions of Tuscany and Rome. There is a ravioli for everyone. This class will focus on three – a parmesan moouse, sun-dried tomato arugula (for vegetarians) and a crab asiago (for meat lovers).

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
