What you'll learn in this soups class:

Nothing satisfies more than simmering soups on the stove that nourish the body and soul. Soups may seem complicated or time-consuming, but if you know the basics (and you will), you can make homemade soup (or stews) quickly and easily—and they won’t be full of preservatives, processed salts, MSG, GMO products or other artificial ingredients.

Soups and stews also store and freeze well, making them a go-to weeknight dinner, convenient thermos lunch, or quick afternoon snack. Combine your soup with a green salad and you’ll have a nutrient-packed medley of seasonal vegetables, proteins, herbs and spices in no time!

Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.

Seasonal Menu:
  • Springtime minestrone with onions, snap peas and whole wheat orzo, topped with fresh herbs and optional* pasture-raised poached egg (VG*)
  • Sprouted French lentil and vegetable soup with baby spinach, sweet balsamic, and optional* creamy lemon and herb goat cheese (GF, DF*, VG, V*)
  • Panzanella bread salad with spring asparagus, pea shoots, zesty red wine vinaigrette and optional* feta (DF*, VG, V*)

Refund Policy

All cooking classes, lunch & learns, and aromatherapy events are confirmed upon completion of registration, and sales are final. Due to upfront cost of goods, and to maintain smaller and more personalized classes, we appreciate your understanding that we don't offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, your reservation is fully transferable, so you're welcome to have someone else attend in your place without notice.

Nourished® reserves the right to cancel a cooking class, lunch & learns, aromatherapy event or coaching session. Our staff will contact you by phone or email to issue a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee or to reschedule.
