What you'll learn in this couples cooking class:
Spend an evening preparing a scrumptious, mouth-watering Italian feast.
Menu:
- Pear and Frisée Salad with Fig Vinaigrette, Gorgonzola and Toasted Hazelnuts
- Sautéed Pork Chops with Pearl Onions, Rosemary and Caper Pan Sauce
- Warm Farro Salad with Pancetta, Baby Kale and Apple Cider Vinegar
- Torta Caprese (Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake with Almonds) with Whipped Cream

Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
