Inflammation is said to be the root of a vast number of chronic disease.
In this demo class, learn about foods that soothe inflammation and heal our bodies. Peterson Garden Project’s resident chef, Chef Fresh, will demonstrate a few anti-inflammatory creations that you can easily make at home.
You may even learn about some ingredients you’ve never used before! We’ll end the demo with tasting samples of the dishes made during class, and you’ll leave with a well-stocked arsenal of ideas to try at home. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn how to use food as your medicine!
