What you'll learn in this indian cooking class:

Learn the basics of Indian spices. 

Carefully balanced and adapted to today's kitchen, these meals are simple, balanced, authentic and flavorful. Roll your rotis (traditional flatbread). Stuff your own samosas (spicy stuffed potato pastry). Spice your own Masala Chai. 

Note: 

All classes include instruction of nine dishes, followed by a sit down dinner in the comfort of Ranjana's home.

In order to keep our classes comfortable and to preserve our chef to student ratio we must impose a cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. A three-day notice is required for cancellation of any class, otherwise we will not be able to reschedule your class. Please feel free to send a friend in your place.
