What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

The most beloved cookie in the Jewish baking pantheon, rugelach are classic crescent-shaped cookies made with a cream cheese dough and filled with jam, dried fruit, and nuts. Learn how to make the flaky dough, two ways to shape the rugelach, and how to select the best combination of filling.
