What you'll learn in this healthy cooking class:

Food matters—it’s either the safest, most powerful form of medicine, or your slowest form of poison. Thus, the importance of stocking a healthy pantry, fridge and freezer. Join us for this two-hour demo class to learn how to easily transform seasonal farm-fresh produce, wild-caught or pastured proteins, hearty beans and grains, and crunchy nuts and seeds into delicious meals. By learning simple cooking technique, eating REAL food, and limiting your exposure to fast and processed foods, you’ll naturally support a nutritious, clean eating diet.

This class includes:

Due to upfront cost of goods, and to maintain smaller and more personalized classes, we appreciate your understanding that we don't offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, your reservation is fully transferable, so you're welcome to have someone else attend in your place without notice.

Nourished® reserves the right to cancel a cooking class, lunch & learns, aromatherapy event or coaching session. Our staff will contact you by phone or email to issue a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee or to reschedule.
