A healthy fiber intake can improve your digestion and prevent chronic diseases. Make it happen with these 3 popular Indian dishes:
  • Palak Paneer (GF): a spinach and pan-seared vegan cheese dish full of spices
  • Bhindi Masala (GF): an okra, onion and tomato dish
  • Organic Brown Rice Biryani (GF): a staple of Indian cuisine, full of vegetables

All classes are held at Arya Bhavan Restaurant and include instruction handouts, a cup of Indian tea and tastings of the recipes.
