What you'll learn in this healthy cooking class:
Healthy eating is one of the best ways to naturally strengthen your immune system at this time of year. This series of demonstration classes will focus on immunity-boosting food groups so you can shoot for your healthiest January yet!
Fiber and Hydration:
In order to assist in "getting healthy foods to where they need to go", fiber and hydration are necessary. Learn the differences between soluble and insoluble fiber, the importance of drinking water and the hidden treasure that is green tea.

All classes also have a non-refundable, non-transferable 10% fee for the operational and administrative costs incurred by The Chopping Block. This service fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred in the case of any cancellation.
