Healthy Happy Hour with Alia Dalal

In this cooking class-meets-cocktail mixer, Wellness Chef Alia Dalal is sharing some of her favorite clean cocktails and whole foods-based appetizers. 

Bring a friend to catch up over low-sugar and unprocessed drinks, while you mingle at chef-led demo stations showing you how to make each healthy recipe. 

Instead of sugary mixers that can lead to hangover city, Chef Alia uses herbs, spices, ginger, kombucha, bitters, cold-pressed juices and high-quality spirits to create 2 cocktails and a mocktail for sampling. 

Summer produce such as beets, watermelon, greens, and sweet potatoes are at the center of these party-friendly appetizers. We'll also have a DIY Sparkling Water Bar so you can customize your own LaCroix-like drinks for summer hydration with mixers like herbal tea, cold-pressed juices, citrus, cucumber, mint and other fun, mix-ins. Learn to make a party spread in a party atmosphere that's easy, affordable, colorful, and won't leave you in a carb-induced food coma.

Students will receive a full-size Basil Paloma Cocktail upon arrival, and tastings of the other menu items and a recipe packet. Additional drinks, as well as wine and beer, will be available for purchase.
