Warmer days are coming, and we’re ready. To kick off the season of sun, we’re hosting weekly hands-on arancini classes at our tasting lab!
The epitome of southern Italian street food, these small risotto balls are stuffed with mozzarella and peas, dredged in breadcrumbs, and deep fried. The resulting arancini — named for the "little oranges" that they resemble — explode with each crunchy, cheese-filled bite. In this class, our chef will teach you how to make a arancini ball, bread it and fry it! After you have made your arancini you will be able to enjoy them alongside a glass of Prosecco!
If anyone under the age of 21 attends, we serve artisanal Italian sodas in lieu of wine or beer. Please notify us in advance for any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government - issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
