What's your fear of fish? Can't find affordable options? Don’t have confidence to cook seafood dishes? Hate that "fishy" smell? Our Chefs will help you conquer your fears with professional techniques and recipes that reap the health benefits and international flavors of seafood, flown fresh daily to Chicago from the oceans and seas of the world.

Refund Policy

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

Please note:

  • All virtual class sales are final.
  • All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Fun class. Was scared to cook fish before- feel confident I can cook a lobster, grill or poach a fish AND make my own salad dressing ( the salad was delicious)!

    Chef Hans was very thorough, personable and he made the event fun. His assistant was lovely. The menu selection was lovely. The only question I had was How to choose the best whole fish & seafood at Fulton Market. Hans did mention they do give a tour at 1:00 2:00 a.m.? He mentioned the market opens at 4 or 5 a.m. Would love to get a tour where the bset chefs buy their supply daily.
