What you'll learn in this summer cooking class:
Our chefs take a turn at mixology and share samples of these summery cocktails, paired with easy-to-prepare, party-perfect snacks in this demonstration class.
Menu:
- Lagunitas IPA / Fried Cheese Curds with Ranch Dipping Sauce
- Sparkling Strawberry Sangria / Chorizo-Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Dates
- Tom Collins / Smoked Salmon and Potato Chip Canapes with Crème Fraîche and Dill
- Piña Colada / Sweet and Sour Glazed Pork Sliders on Hawaiian Bread with Pineapple-Carrot Slaw.

You must be 21 or over to attend. Please present valid ID at the time of check-in. During class students will sample all the dishes and cocktails prepared by the chef.

Refund Policy
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
