What you'll learn in this other wine pairing class:
Depending on the continent, southern hemisphere wines can be labeled by region, by grape, or both! It's time to get familiar with wines of Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. We'll sample one exemplary wine from each of these wine-producing regions and pair them with classic flavors from that area. Southern hemisphere wines offer some of the best wine values, come taste and see why.
