What you'll learn in this wine tasting class:

Dalla Terra is an importer of Italian wines, founded in 1990 by Renaissance man Brian Larky. Brian has been winemaker at Ca’ del Bosco in Franciacorta, a whitewater guide in equatorial Africa, a pilot and a scuba dive master!

His team of fellow adventurers includes charming and vivacious Kristin Milles, who will lead us from Puglia to Piedmont, with plenty of stops in between. We’ll sample classics from Vietti, di Gresy, Badia a Coltibuono and Poliziano.

We’ll taste bubbles sourced from high on the steep slopes of Prosecco, Vermentino from the Tuscan coast, and a couple of examples of Italy’s vast array of unfamiliar grape varieties. Can you spell ‘Susumaniello’?
