What you'll learn in this meditation class:

Celebrate the start of SPRING!

Gather the family and join us for an evening of meditation focused on welcoming the longer days and creating regenerative energy.  We will have a mindfulness activity for the younger souls, similar to our past WILD Child circles, and guide you through a gentle meditation that you'll be able to practice at home to keep your energy flowing and family connected through the Spring season. Come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one, or towel to sit on.

For those of us in the northern hemisphere, celebrating the Spring Equinox, there are now more hours of daylight to propel us to move forward and awaken, shedding the hull of winter’s quiet and lassitude. This is a time of renewal, rebirth, and transition, allowing your soul to let go of the old and plant new seeds to grow for the new life ahead. This meditation is a tool to incorporate into your own life for peaceful, collaborative growth and understanding with those around you: family, friends, neighbors or co-workers.
