What you'll learn in this meditation class:

“The great spiritual texts describe what it means to be free. The Work is the how. It gives you a direct entrance to the awakened mind. Some people spend years trying to figure out what’s the matter with them. When you come to The Work, you don’t have to figure it out. You already know what’s wrong with you: you’re believing your stressful thoughts.” Byron Katie

Imagine truly living your life from the profound reality that everything is okay. You can do that using The Work of Katie Byron. Why not is an important question to ask. When you are open-minded enough to question what you believe, anything is possible. Experience a simple, yet profoundly radical technique to help you distinguish the thoughts that keep you stuck. Find out how to question the truthfulness of your thoughts to see the impact they have in your life.

Use four questions and turnarounds to examine the effects that stressful thoughts can have when you believe them. Exercises, worksheets, partner work, and activities build your skill and confidence in doing The Work yourself and for facilitating it with others. Gain a deep and transformational opportunity to develop the practice of opening yourself to the possibility of loving what is, just the way it is.

Please note the change in class price increases the last 10 days before any given class.
