What you'll learn in this restorative class:

Be guided with slow, easy, relaxing, and rejuvenating yoga enhanced by absorbing  sacred sounds of crystal bowls and voice while you do yoga poses. Achieve greater awareness and help renew your physical body. 

The use of supported restful yoga postures with sound deepens your awareness on the cellular level and brings you into a meditative state of tranquility and peace. 

Bring a yoga mat, blankets to use for props, and pillow. Bring yoga props if you have them. Please wear yoga or loose fitting clothes. No yoga experience necessary, although appropriate for any level. Experienced or new yoga students will find this restorative yoga with sacred sound enables you go deeper into poses for greater benefit for your body, mind, and spirit.
