What you'll learn in this natural medicine class:

Let's talk about three herbs for health that you can use this fall! Ellyn Schmitz, The Resiliency Institute Bioregional Herbalism instructor, will teach you about local herbs for first aid, nourishment, and immune boosting (perfect for upcoming cold & flu season). Sample tinctures, infusions, syrups and salves.

Incorporating herbs into your life will take you down a new path of nature connection, plant intelligence, and holistic health. After the talk, join Ellyn for a Let's Walk + Learn Herbalism: Rootsexperience. Click here to register.

To learn more about herbs take our Let's Make Herbal Immune Boosters or enroll in our 2018 Bioregional Herbalism Series.

The talk will be about 30 minutes with 15 minutes for sampling and questions. Bring friends!
