What you'll learn in this sailing lesson:

The Shark Bait class welcomes children ages five to eight who are new to sailing. The program is run under very close instructor supervision; students sail in the protected harbor and close to our dock, making it easy for parents to observe their child’s first time at the helm. The class emphasizes safety and fun, as well as developing confidence in and around the water. Sailors will learn boat parts identification, rigging and basic sail theory. Classes are taught in Prams and Bugs, which are designed specifically for small sailors.
Shark Bait is held on Monday evenings throughout the summer and Shark Week is a week at the end of the summer with morning and afternoon programs available. Come join the fun!
