This class is for kids who are ready to start playing tournaments. Kids are learning advanced spins and techniques, and are ready to work hard to improve their game. This is a 90 minute class.

Learn to lead is a comprehensive and in-depth course on lead climbing for climbers looking to increase their knowledge and skill in this advanced climbing style. Topics covered during this course include lead belaying, lead climbing, rope handling, risk management, and, of course, falling.
This is a coed class for high school kids. We have all levels, from freshman team to varsity team members, and group kids according to level. Each class has a number of specific goals and themes to improve the kids’ games. We spend time working on both doubles and singles play.

If morning time won’t fit your schedule, check out the evening and weekend pool time for adults. Check in with the lifeguard, then hop into the refreshing pool and work out. Swim laps, water walk, or work-out according to your own schedule 3 days a week. You must be able to swim the length of the pool to participate

Would you like to add muscle tone to your body? This class will combine a half hour of light weight training with an hour of water aerobics. Class is open to people of all fitness levels! This workout is a benefit to young and the young-at-heart! Please bring two hand weights weighing no more than 5 pounds each.
