What you'll learn in this dance class:

This is a class for mature adults (age 50+) It will be joint friendly, a great cardioworkout, and help to build strength and flexibility.

Denise will be incorporating a large variety of exercise movement that she has learned and worked with through the 48 years she has been teaching Dance,Movement and Exercise. She will use fun and inspiring music and promises an energetic class with very little to no impact and a wonderful stretch included at the end of each class. We will be using light weights, tension bands, ballet barre,floor work with mats, and chairs are also an option for ab work that is different from the normal ab work.
