Kendell was very informative and knowledgable. I got more than I paid for to be honest. I will definitely suggest my friends to take his hot sauce making class. (Side note: I will be interested if he gives any other hot sauce classes in future. ex- How to make fermented hotsauce or class on spice mix manufacturing and selling.)
