Eleven years ago, exhale was nothing but a dream and a team and a set of mantras. We had a business plan and a name that we thought captured the uniqueness of our mission + vision. We passionately believed that what the world needed did not exist—a modern space in urban markets for guests to experience transformational spa, fitness, and wellbeing programs on a daily basis.
We started exhale with a small team of special, soulful people aligned around the brand mission, and dedicated to protecting the magic, the soul, the honesty and the core mantras. The founding team set an intention to build a unique brand with programs that genuinely helped people improve their inner and outer wellbeing, foster a soulful culture, and deliver experiences that had value so that we could continue to grow and share the magic.
Today, exhale has grown from vapor and vision to an award-winning wellbeing brand with 28 locations in 11 markets, 24 proprietary class programs, 11 DVDs, 16 proprietary spa therapies, and 2,000 associates aligned around the brand vision and mantras.
