Adam Dinow, Selim Day & Sacha Ross

Adam Dinow is a partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He represents clients at all stages of their life cycle, from incorporation to exit, with an emphasis on working with entrepreneurs and fast-paced, rapid-growth enterprises. He has worked closely with many of the most exciting technology companies in a diverse range of critical transactions, including seed, angel and VC financings; IPOs; and mergers and acquisitions. Selim Day is a corporate partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities law, emerging growth company representation, corporate governance. He has practiced corporate law for over 20 years. He began his career in New York City, where he spent eight years before moving to Silicon Valley in Northern California. After practicing for more than seven years in Silicon Valley, he returned to New York City. Sacha Ross is a corporate and securities partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He works closely with a wide range of technology and growth businesses at all stages of development and the institutions that finance them. Specifically, he represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions; issuers, investors, and underwriters in public and private financings; and public and private companies with respect to daily corporate governance matters, as well as those related to strategic transactions and special situations.
