It was said that it was 100 people in the room for this event. I came with 11. It was birthdays, bachelorette and divorces being celebrated. Awesome vibe in the room. Had a amazing time. Will come back for other classes.

At no fault to color cocktail factory the course we paid for was not offered that night per their website. They accommodated us with a painting class but I would like a refund.
-
There was some type of mix up with our registration and we weren’t able to make ashtrays or pipes
-
i really enjoyed the class but wish it was more clear that you have to come back to glaze the piece and also to do a final pick up. Also, the fact that glazing is an additional cost is a bit of a bummer. I would have loved to see a series of classes that make a few return trips have more payoff

There was no "make a bonsai class". The instructor did not have the materials, he offered us a free class on how to make a terrarium using a succulent. Also when we got there the door was closed with a note instructing us to enter the code to open the door, according to the note on the door, the code was emailed to me along with the confirmation receipt purchase, but there was no entry door code in the email sent to me. There was also no phone listed on the receipt, it took us 15-20 minutes to get in contact with the place and get the door code to enter the building. Over all it was an awful experience. I will use my gift certificate and attend the "make a bonsai tree" some time soon, but after that I will not be coming back.

Not sure what the code was for the building? Have a session coming up soon so would like to know that for the next one lol other than that it was perfect and so much fun! Instructors were super helpful. Great date night idea or with friends :)

I had a blast it was for my birthday and I loved it me and my sister we'll go back again

Will Do it Again.

We had a really good time but may i give a some suggestions?
1) Nearly every single botte of paint we picked out was empty or very close to being empty. I would encourage you to go through the paints and replace all the empties.
2) I don't think one person asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything.
3) Our code to get in was not anywhere on our confirmation email-we were late starting the class because we had to wait for other customers to arrive so they could let us in.
4) Maybe not hold so many different classes at one time-clients did not seem to get the attention they may have needed.
5) Some people got plates to put the paint on - we did not.
I feel this is an amazing concept and will be very lucrative if the above are corrected as personal attention makes a more memorable experience. I feel once we sat down we were completely on our own.
-
Coursehorse did not provide a door code for us to enter the facility, only when others arrived late were we able to gain access to the class.
The class itself had little to no instructor interactions due to being busy and the supplies were horrible. Most paint bottles were empty.
This class was “just ok”. The instructors were nice but overwhelmed with other classes going on.

The Make a Bonsai class at the Color Cocktail Factory in Pilsen was pretty cool. The venue was lively on a Saturday night, with multiple classes happening simultaneously. Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. The instructors were all friendly and helpful (maybe spread a little thin though). My partner and I enjoyed our class as well. It was an interesting way to get creative, enjoy a few beers, and go home with a tiny tree. They imparted us with the skills to make more bonsai (if I fail to keep this round alive). I'd recommend the class. You will get a little dirty and poke your fingers some though, fyi.

Well I arrived, didn’t have the confirmation email with the door code, then make myself in and went to ask different people what was our seat, didn’t know if we were seated whereaver we wanted, after that,I was asking the people there,if we were needing to pick our material, the owner, teacher or creator didn’t say anything, then I got to my choosing seat and the gentleman was walking back and forth and at the end he just told us what to do an we were on our own, wanted to learn,to do this seriously,he was having 3 other different activities, not recommended this,it’s more like it for bachelorette parties or kids parties……,very unsatisfactory .

I had a great time!!! Can’t wait to see how my pipe and ashtray look!

Great experience! The instructor was very warm and welcoming and very helpful. Great girlfriend time. Definitely will be going again.
-
Class was light on instruction (the instructor seemed to be juggling multiple classes at once) but we had a great time working with the glass. Will definitely be back for more classes. Enjoyed the space very much.

-
Really fun, will be back
-
The class you guys sold me was incorrect. It wasn’t the naughty nite class, but the instructor was nice enough to let us sit in on their class of toy making. It was great, we had a lot of fun and I would definitely recommend this place again.

Our instructor did not show up for our bath bomb class, but the owner was nice and gave us the option of a refund or to learn how to make both soaps and candles. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. Enjoyed our time and look forward to attending another class!

The class we nice overall. It's a good price. I like that they encourage you to bring you own drink and they don't put it into the price of the class. The printing we did hadn't been done by the instructor before, so the instructions were a little off. I would go back for another class!

The instructor’s energy was fantastic, the space was great, and the supplies were plentiful. I wish there had been a little more instruction/coaching - that part went incredibly fast and it was pretty surface-level, so we were set free to assemble by 2:45. We finished very early. Still, a fun thing to do, especially for anyone very new to crafting, or who doesn’t have a green thumb!
-
Just ok. The how-to instructions were fine, but each terrarium included only one plant.
-
The class was not organized well. A dewy of small changes would improve the experience greatly.
Let people know to allow time for parking .
Have a phone number for questions
Have more the 2 melting stations
Cut or grate soap ahead of class
Have more than 2 cooling stations
Indicate the facility is not handicap accessible

I thought the class was supposed to be for 2 hours. It only lasted for 1 hour.

All i can say just try it it's like money in the bank
-
Great class with nice instructors. I just wish they warned up about keeping the terrariums upright because when I got home everything had gotten all mixed around.
-
Jaime, the instructor, was very kind, helpful, and provided a fun experience. Would definitely take another class with her!
-
-
Great class we loved it!
-
The class was ok, except there were not enough working outlets and supplies were sort of limited.
-
-
Great group of instructors. Upbeat and lively. We had a good time!
-
-
Informative and interactive course. However, had many issues with the power outlets which caused confusion and congestion on some heating plates.

The class started earlier than stated and when I arrived I had a hard time understanding what to do. The class was oversold so there was a lot of people and not enough elements. Colors and scents were almost finished by the time it was my turn. The class lasted for an hour instead of two.
-
This is a very basic class and it is overpriced. I purchased this as a gift and I was disappointed to hear that the gift recipient found this class too newbie. I expect to learn or experience something from a class that requires you to attend in person; otherwise, I can opt for watching a 3-minute video on Youtube.

A bit disappointed in this class. I was too short. It wrapped up in about 45 minutes when the description said it was 2 hours. The project was too simple and didnt require many steps - everything got thrown together very quickly. The instructor talked A LOT but the instructions were very unclear. I think he was talking to fill the time and we still ended up finishing over an hour earlier than expected. The final product is pretty, but I don’t think worth $25. I would happily pay a higher rate of $35/$40 for a full 2 hour class and a larger terrarium bowl with more materials and supplies to choose from.
