  Dorie was a great instructor. I took the class with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed the class. The ingredients were laid out nicely and the dumplings we prepared were very tasty.

  Cynthia was very enthusiastic and helpful. She created a friendly and social atmosphere and it was clear she had experience in making dumplings. My boyfriend and I had so much fun!

  This class was fun, but what I didn't like about it was it was held at a little lounge/eating area inside a hotel — would have been so much better in an actual kitchen.

  The class and instructor were excellent. The location, however, made it a little difficult. I would have enjoyed it more if it was in a kitchen or dining room.
