Eric Solomon has a touch of genius when it comes to finding wines from France and Spain that speak of the places they are grown. Jon-David Headrick worked closely with Eric, and struck out on his own to further specialize in wines from the “chalk line” of Champagne and the Loire Valley. Both portfolios are now under the European Cellars umbrella. We'll taste a range of treats from dynamic producers including Jean-Paul and Benoit Droin in Chablis, Clos i Terrasses in Priorat, Michel Gassier in Costières de Nimes, Gramona in Penedès, Aalta in Ribera del Duero, and Puech-Haut in Languedoc.
