Fun class and really nice instructor. Thought the lay out was not conducive to a good class setting. Instructor had to yel quite a bit and the noise from the bar was significant. Next time I'd recommend having the class in the breakfast space outside the kitchen where our pizzas were fired. Seems like a good class for the cost of $55.
