    When I signed up for this class, I was hoping to learn how to make Arancini from scratch. Learn how to make risottos for Arancini which is a important part of making it. Not How to Roll them... Everything was premade. I was truly very disappointed. Didn't even get to fry them.. I made an extra trip to go to Downtown Eatly to learn but nothing!! I could have learned like this on YouTube, instead...sadly! The instructor was nice...

    Internet said it was an hour class. Was disappointed that the rice and filling were already prepared. All we had to do was roll it into a ball and bread it. I thought there would be more hands-on and learning. I am still interested in attending classes. Chef Josh was very good.

    Eataly is a wonderful place with great food and knowledgeable staff. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, but the class was a two-hour lecture. That was disappointing.

    I enjoyed the class. I did wish that it was smaller and had more time to explain the cheeses and flavors it could pair with. I would also loved to have tried even more types.
