Emily just graduated with a BFA in Visual Arts at Rutgers University. At a very young age Emily learned to sew, knit and crochet and has since incorporated these skills into her art making practice. For the last few years, she has worked with children in an art studio setting, working her way up from assistant to teacher. Part of her passion for art is seeing first hand how children express themselves with whichever medium they find enjoyable.
Born and raised in Hoboken, Emily is very familiar with the local community and enjoys working in such a tight knit environment. I am very excited to be working in a hands on studio setting while teaching and learning from the kids!
