Eric Curtis

Teaches at Chicago Actors Studio

Eric Curtis - instructor, graduated from the University of Iowa and went onto study at the Oxford School of Drama in England. He has studied acting, improvisation, and sketch all over Chicago and Los Angeles, including going through the Second City Conservatory (Chicago). He has been in many improvisation and sketch shows including: "ONE NATION UNDER ORANGE ALERT" (directed by Mad TV's Mo Collins), "FACEBOOKED AND FINGERPRINTED," and "BACK TO BASICS." Most recently, he wrote, acted, and produced a sketch show called "DAY LABOR DREAMIN'" through Salsation Theatre Company.

He has acted in numerous plays, commercials, films, and television shows. His favorite TV role was in the pilot episode of a show called "SPOOKED." He teaches drama, improv and sketch at Simmons Middle School in East Aurora, where he designed the entire 6th, 7th, and 8th grade curriculum, and runs the drama club. ​
