Kristen Rehfeldt

Teaches at Performing Arts Studio

Kristen Rehfeldt holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and is an elementary school dance teacher in Chicago Public Schools. A Rainbow Kids Yoga brand ambassador, certified in children’s and family yoga, Kristen is also endorsed in Physical Education, Health and Theatre and teaches Zumba & yoga throughout Chicago. Ms. Rehfeldt believes the arts, health and wellness are integral to a child’s growth and development. Ms. Rehfeldt’s goal is to get kids moving and have fun doing it, establishing healthy patterns that will last a lifetime. She finds emotional wellness equally important, consistently motivating students through positive messaging and an atmosphere of teamwork, kindness and respect. Every child deserves to feel confident and Ms. Rehfeldt hopes to help students develop the tools to be their best self.
