Carol Amendola D’Anca

Carol Amendola D’Anca was born and raised in the Italian tradition in a small town in Wisconsin where gardening and home cooked meals in the Neapolitan tradition were common. She has dual citizenship with both the U.S and Italy and visits family each year where “their sweet life” has been both wonderful to experience and has become a type of research project for what we in America can learn from and incorporate into our own lifestyle.

She is the author of the best-selling book “Real food for Healthy People”, the founder of “The Academy of Nutrition and Cooking,” is a public speaker and host of the annual culture and lifestyle trip to the Amalfi Coast of Italy.
