Mia is a yogi, artist and peace advocate based in Chicagoland. She received her 200-hour yoga certification in multi-style yoga in Rishikesh, India with Siddhi Yoga International. She is the owner of Divine Healing Arts in which she offers private yoga and meditation courses, as well as private ‘Women’s Nude Yoga Of Chicago’ events. As a devoted Kundalini yoga practitioner, she always incorporates elements of the divine Kundalini energy into each class she teaches. Whether it's Yin or Restorative, she honors Kundalini elements such as breathwork and meditation and believes it's an integral part of each and every class. She is most passionate about meditation and how inner peace in the individual can have a ripple effect and transform a larger world.
