Learn to make tamales – from your own kitchen!.
Tamales are delicious masa filled treasures. Just in time for the holidays, we’ll make, fill, and wrap your favorite tamales – chicken, cheese & green chile, and sweet dessert tamales. You’ll learn how to cook the fillings, prep the masa and husks; form, fill and wrap the tamales and make red and green chile sauce to enjoy with them.
You’ll finish with tamales, two kinds of chile, recipes and a renewed appreciation for this traditional South-of-the-border holiday specialty!
Refunds (less 5% cancellation fee) or reschedules must be made 6 business days before class start date.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
