Description

In this ice cream cocktail mixology class you'll learn how to make 2 boozy ice cream cocktails! Plus, you'll get to sample other limited-time boozy flavors, learn a bit about the boozy ice cream process, and take lots of Instagram-worthy pics!

Non alcoholic substiutes are absolutely available.

Ticket price includes a welcome drink and keepsake glass as well. Beer, wine and additional ice cream available for purchase at discounted prices. Must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase and attend.

Event Itinerary:

  • Arrive at the venue and get greeted by our wonderful hosts
  • Everyone will get set up at their stations and the instructor will talk through what you'll be doing as well as teach you a bit about alcohol infused ice cream
  • Next we'll guide everyone through the ice cream cocktail making process, and all get to hang out and enjoy the sweets of our labor.

Menu:

Choose from the following cocktails:

  • Cherry Bomb (Vanilla bean bourboin ice cream topped with cherry lambic, garnished with a cherry gummy)
  • Night Owl (Cold brew, sweet baby java stout, spiked hazelnut coffee ice cream, topped with chocolate fudge)
  • Party Like It's Your Birthday (Cake batter vodka ice cream, red velvet martini ice cream, rainbow sprinkles, topped with prosecco, served with a mini prosecco bottle)
  • Day Drinker (Raspberry Limoncello sorbet, Mango maragarita sorbet, strawberry white sangria sorbet topped with sparkling wine and garnished with fruit gummies)

All have non alcoholic ice cream substitute options

This class was not much of a "class" there was minimal to no instruction. This event was more of a "private event" where our group had a designated seated section and got to try 2 different drinks. Not sure what this course cost as it was a gift but would probably be better to just visit and get to try flavors I want rather than the few designated. The course could improve by making it more interactive / teaching about either the making of the ice cream or coming up with flavor mixtures etc. It was still something fun to do on a cold winter day but could definitely be made more interactive.

There wasn’t a much of a class, instruction or information about what we’re were doing or anything. Could have just gone to the store, bought the ice cream and had the same experience.
