In all the worlds’ spiritual traditions, "Being Present” is considered the essential practice for cultivating inner stillness and happiness; it is also the best way of opening the door to our own hearts to the love and acceptance that we all long for.
Whether you are new to Mindfulness or a longtime practitioner, This course will give you the opportunity to let go, surrender, and open to the depth of your own internal freedom, while giving you the tools and inspiration to maintain a mindfulness practice in your daily life.

Refund Policy
A full refund less 5% cancellation fee is issued only if the student has not yet started the class. Once the class has started, the student can apply their tuition to another class but cannot receive a refund. Under certain circumstances, a refund will be considered.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
