Alyson Jon Life, founded by Alyson Jon Toone, has a mission to encourage people to create their lives through lifestyle workshops and great design. Home life is the passion of Alyson, who was born under the Cancer zodiac sign. Being a designer, she aims to creatively solve problems in everything she does. Her lifestyle workshops are designed to make the lives of professionals less stressful and more creative. Her original embroideries make home and work spaces more creative.
Background
A Columbus, Ohio native, Alyson moved to New York City after completing a degree in Fashion Design from Columbus College of Art and Design in 2007. For 10 years in the New York fashion industry, she designed apparel for companies such as Banana Republic, Victoria's Secret, and many more. Specializing in outerwear and print design, Alyson has seen her designs on people all over. During those years, she started Alyson Jon Life from her tiny room in her Brooklyn apartment. The brand originally focused on handmade jewelry but has now branched into surface design and workshops. Her surface design expertise includes print design, illustration and embroidery. In 2014, she started teaching jewelry workshops and fell in love with encouraging people to create their own style.
Currently, she resides in Los Angeles, CA where she shares her home with her partner, Angel and her maltese, Zeus. Contact her for collaborative projects.
