Join Reva Castillenti, award-winning baker, for an overview on baking bread at home.
Making bread at home is easier than it looks. This class is ideal for beginner bread lovers who want to learn about basic fermentation science, gluten formation, baker's percentages, proofing, and yeast. Students will make olive oil rolls and honey oat loaves.
You will learn to make a simple Dinner Rolls, and a Focaccia
