Hi. I’m vegan and wondering if you offer knife skills that are focused only on produce? Thanks!

Hi Andrea! The knife skills classes are only done on vegetables and fruits. Then the items are used to craft meals for the students, and the school is happy to accommodate vegans by providing vegan-friendly separate meals. Hope that helps!

The instructor was clear and went around to everyone and gave good tips. I wasn't expecting the meal at the end of the class, which was great.

I really enjoyed this class. Chef Ken, our instructor was great. Even though the skills taught were fairly basic, I still learned a lot and left with a better understanding how to handle the chefs’s knife.

Loved this class! Highly recommend, especially if you've never taken a cooking class before or have never had proper instruction on how to hold/use a knife. The instructor was excellent and reviewed a number of foundational skills that have made a big difference in how I've cooked since. A major bonus was that everything we chopped in class was made into a delicious meal that we shared at the end. Overall a very fun and useful class!

This class was such a good introduction on how to use a chef's knife! The instructor was knowledgable and patient, and she taught us some great tricks that have already made me feel more confident in the kitchen. If you've ever felt lost trying to follow a recipe (how do I finely chop garlic?) or find that prepping ingredients takes forever, this is the class for you.
