Take it up a notch! Join the Urbani team and Chef Andre Belfiore on a pasta journey. Students will learn an array of pasta dough-making and pasta techniques, along with perfect truffle combinations.

Enjoy our hands-on class experience by cooking and tasting your truffle creation with your friends! 

Each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish and recipes to take home. 

Wine and food included.

  • No refunds are offered on classes and events.
  • A minimum of 6 business days notice is required in order to receive a credit for a future class or event.
Occasionally, the school will have to reschedule or cancel a class. In these situations, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
